CandyBear®is a Global Learning Network for students grades K-12. CandyBear® strengthens your child’s academic abilities in reading, math and writing efficiently and effectively. We provide personalized, one-on-one instruction in a positive, fun, and caring environment!

How Do We Empower Kids?

Our own teaching materials and renowned methods help your child foster a love of learning while giving them the tools and confidence to perform at their best! Our personalized program is one hour per session with two to three sessions per week. We have a progress tracking system which includes the Session Report, Monthly Report, Progress Tests, and a Class Assistant who monitors the system from day one!

As an academic-focused institution, CandyBear® requires instructors to be not only native English speakers, but also certified instructors or top students in their schools. Moreover, every instructor must pass the CandyBear® test and complete an entire training process to be certified by CandyBear®. Our entire team is enthusiastic and passionate about helping your child grow and achieve academic success!

Mrs. Zhang is an experienced educator with 15 years of teaching expertise, specializing in TOEFL and SAT test preparation. She has taught a variety of subjects, including GRE Reading and Verbal Reasoning GMAT Reading and Grammar, and IELTS Reading and Writing. With certifications in TOEFL, IELTS, and advanced translation, Mrs. Zhang a proven track record of helping students achieve impressive scores, including numerous students scoring above 1460 on the SAT, with one student reaching an exceptional 1560. Her educational background from Beijing Institute of Technology and Shanghai University of International Business and Economics further enhances her qualifications as a dedicated instructor.
